Identify the item or account you mean
Archive can be useful when you intend to return to a conversation. Reset or Delete can affect material you meant to preserve, so read the confirmation before using either.
An account removal request should not be described only as deleting a chat. Say whether it concerns one conversation, a companion you made or all account-level access and data.
Retain the account and payment references
Check the subscription's renewal controls and keep the latest receipt or transaction reference. Resolve an outstanding purchase issue while those records can still be matched to the account.
Signing out, clearing cookies or removing a phone shortcut does not cancel a recurring payment. Use the actual subscription action and keep its confirmation.
Submit a private deletion request
- Contact [email protected] or open a private Discord support ticket.
- Provide the registered email or username for the intended account.
- Explicitly request account deletion, not only the removal of a conversation.
- Complete necessary verification privately and keep the support reference.
Share identification, not access credentials
Use the minimum information needed to locate the account. Passwords, verification codes and full card numbers should never be included. Remove unrelated details from attachments and retain the reply thread for follow-up.
