Start with what the free plan includes
Character creation, AI chat and a limited image allowance are available for free. That allowance does not make every model or visual request free of charge.
Try the activity you expect to use regularly. In chat, your sent messages count toward the allowance, not the companion's replies. The plan and model determine the applicable limit.
Read context sizes as text capacity
Tokens are pieces of text. Messages, companion details and instructions all contribute to context usage, so there is no fixed message count represented by an 8K, 16K or 64K window.
Memory stores selected facts separately. Neither a context size nor a plan name supplies a dollar price or proves that image and video usage is unlimited.

Compare the charge today with the period it covers
Use the offer shown for the current account. A monthly equivalent for a prepaid period is different from a monthly charge, and an old review may describe conditions no longer available.
- Read the currency and total payable now.
- Identify the billing period covered by that payment.
- Check when renewal happens and what it will cost.
- Keep a credit pack distinct from a recurring subscription.
- Review eligibility for any introductory or first-purchase offer.
Check the rate for the request you selected
Charged actions can include priced text models, paid Memory, voice usage, custom-voice previews, Enhance, V3 and V3 2K images, and video generation or extension. Voice calls use a per minute rate; inspect it before connecting.
Before repeating a slow generation, check its status and the gallery. Record the model, approximate time and balance change if you need help with a paid action.
Cancel renewal through subscription settings
In Profile, open Settings > Subscription and Credits to manage or cancel the plan. Cancellation keeps paid benefits available through the end of the current billing period; retain the confirmation.
Closing the account is a separate request. Keep the account and receipt references available while resolving any outstanding payment question.
