Access & billing

Get back into the right Nectar AI account

Return with the same email or sign-in provider you chose originally. Selecting another method can leave you looking at a different account from the one used for a purchase.

Continue to chats

Follow the account flow from conversations

A provider login, such as Google, should not be assumed to be identical to entering the same-looking address with a password. Use the option associated with your existing account.

  1. Open your chats or start from a character you want to meet.
  2. Choose the sign-in option shown by the application.
  3. Finish any verification within that account flow.
  4. Confirm the identity and existing activity before buying anything again.

Check the identity behind a missing benefit

Compare the signed-in identity with the account used on the receipt. An unexpected balance can be an account mismatch rather than a missing payment.

If the original access method fails, note its exact error and keep the purchase reference for support. Repeatedly registering new accounts is not a useful way to recover an existing one.

Keep access credentials in the sign-in screen

Support needs to know the method, browser, device and error, not the password or verification code that grants entry. Keep those credentials out of tickets and public discussions.

Sign out on shared devices. Before clearing site cookies, make sure you know which access method you will need when the session is removed.

Questions and answers

Login & account access: your questions

Where can I open Nectar AI login?

Use the conversations area or a companion's chat action. When sign-in is requested, choose the email or provider route already associated with your account.

Why are my credits missing after I sign in?

Check that this is the same account used for the purchase. If the identity matches, contact private support with the receipt reference and the balance or membership details currently shown.

Should I register again when switching devices?

A new device does not require another account. Open the browser service and use your established sign-in method to return to the existing identity.

Should a support message include my verification code?

No. Never send a password or a login code. Describe the problem and selected sign-in method without sharing the credential that would allow someone to enter the account.
