Try the relevant free activity first
The free offering includes the character creator, text chat and limited image generation. Particular models or other requests can still have paid conditions, so inspect the remaining allowance in the account.
Context windows in the membership structure
Context is measured in pieces of text, not complete messages. Character information and instructions share that capacity with conversation history. Saved Memory is another mechanism for retaining selected facts.

Separate character creation from generated media
Pro and higher plans support unlimited companion creation. The creation allowance does not establish unlimited images, video or calls; those actions have their own access and credit conditions.
Read the amount and billing period together
Use the current offer for the price payable in your currency. A monthly equivalent may represent a longer prepaid subscription rather than a payment taken every month. Read the immediate total and next renewal before agreeing.
Check whether a discount concerns recurring membership, a credit bundle or only a first purchase. Conditions attached to an old promotion should not be assumed to apply to a new transaction.
Manage renewal and identify a purchase concern
Profile > Settings > Subscription and Credits contains the plan management controls. After cancellation, paid benefits continue through the current billing period.
For an unexplained charge, provide the relevant account and receipt reference privately. Describe what happened without sending the password, login code or full card number.
